Children as young as 2 years of age delight in “Tot & I”, an introduction to ballet, music and creative movement. The class is 45 minutes long, during which time an adult must accompany the child.

One of our most popular classes, Fairytale Ballet is a creative introduction to the basic ballet vocabulary. Through dynamic movement, props and scenery,
the class is centered around activating imagination and a love of music
and dance.

Continuing to build upon ballet technique, floor barre, center, and across-the-floor exercises help to develop body and spatial awareness while working on body identification and musicality. Students are also introduced to the classical repertoire, celebrating ballet favorites like Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty.

Moving towards a traditional ballet class structure, Pre-Ballet students build fundamental vocabulary and technique while improving their locomotor skills, counting, music identification and movement quality.
*Dress code: Any color leotard or leotard w/ skirt, pink ballet shoes and pink tights. Also, hair must be worn in a ballet bun. No jewelry.
This class is great for the young child who loves to dance! Exercises focus on body identification, musicality, and locomotor skills.
*Dress code: jogger pants, capris, sweatpants, shorts. You may include reasonable street wear as an option (ie: leggings and tank top). No hats or jeans.
